This is a little web app I built 20 years ago to reference the Frank Chapman DO Neurolymphatic Rubbing Points. These points should be rubbed vigorously for 10-30 seconds. The idea with the app was to build something for the phone that could be easily referenced. Here is more information on the points:

My sense of these points is that they are nodes in the tensegrity matrix of our structure. My evidence for this is that if you work on a tender node while standing or moving, as it releases you can feel the tensegrity matrix of the whole body shift to accommodate the change in tension. There is a category of posts on this blog about tensegrity mechanics in animals.
My recommendation is to check these points and work on any that are tender rather than work from the Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian reference that they are organized within. Just use the “All Points” graphic in the app.
